Colin is currently studying for his BA (Hons) in Management and works for South Tyneside Council as part of the Fleet management Team He is responsible for complying with all legislation, managing all vehicle maintenance and environmental management. Whilst in Tennessee he would like to experience motor vehicle management in both the public and private sector, a vehicle maintenance section within a car and/or bus company and visit the Nissan car plant. In his leisure time Colin enjoys playing squash, golf, skiing, ice skating, socialising with friends and family. He is looking to this exchange as a learning opportunity to enhance his professional skills and knowledge and to broaden his outlook on a social and cultural level
Will Sadler is 27, single and sponsored by the Rotary Club of Monkseaton, Tyne andWear. He was born in Derbyshire, but moved to the North East when he was very young, grew up in Newcastle, and now lives in Whitley Bay on the North Sea coast.
He owns Arpeggio Films Ltd: a film production company that works primarily in the public, educational and charitable sectors, and has worked in the industry for five years. His company produces a range of films and interactive DVDs for promotional, educational and "awareness raising" purposes. Arpeggio Films also works with community groups and schools to facilitate the production of their own film from script to screen.
In his spare time, Will enjoys reading, fell walking and playing keyboards in a band. This is his first time to the U.S.A, and he looks forward to experiencing American and Tennessean culture, as well as the exciting vocational opportunities that the exchange will offer.
